In a decisive move to strengthen its leadership framework, Stockdale & Leggo has announced the appointment of Jacqui Polak as Head of Property Management for its Central division, joining newly appointed Director of Sales, Aaron Chuah, to drive the business’s growth, performance, and operational precision across a key region of the network.


The appointments mark a strategic investment in executive capability as the agency sharpens its focus on integrated service delivery, people development, and long-term market leadership.


Ms Polak, who brings more than 14 years of industry experience, is widely regarded for her operational discipline, team-first leadership, and ability to elevate service standards across complex portfolios. 


In her new role, she will lead the day-to-day operations of the Central division’s property management function while implementing network-wide training, development, and systems initiatives.

Her appointment complements appointment and leadership of Aaron Chuah, who takes the helm the Central division’s sales and property management operations. With more than 25 years of industry experience, 


Mr Chuah is a multi-award-winning auctioneer, strategist, and business leader recognised for his ability to scale performance while maintaining client-first principles.


Renowned for his results-driven approach and high-performance team leadership, Mr Chuah will be instrumental in refining sales operations and embedding a growth mindset across the division.
