Property management leaders and industry professionals from across South East Queensland are set to gather in Brisbane later this month for an exclusive industry preview event exploring the future of property management technology, AI-driven workflows, and operational automation.
Hosted by Rent Roll Mastery and New Zealand prop-tech company Keyhook, the event “Beyond Trust Accounting – The Future of Property Management” will be held on Wednesday 27th May at eSpace Brisbane in the Brisbane CBD.
The evening is designed to bring together agency owners, property management leaders, and industry professionals to preview emerging technology and discuss what the future of all-in-one property management platforms could look like for the Australian market.
Currently operating in New Zealand, Keyhook has developed an integrated property management and trust accounting platform focused on streamlining workflows, reducing software fragmentation, and improving operational efficiency for property management businesses.
More than just trust accounting software, the platform incorporates inspections, maintenance workflows, application processing, communication tools, bond management, automation features, and AI-driven operational capabilities into one connected ecosystem.
Future development concepts currently being explored by Keyhook include AI-assisted compliance checking, operational auditing functionality, rent roll analysis tools, and automated identification of discrepancies between agreements and system data.
According to Aaron Emery, Founder of Rent Roll Mastery, the purpose of the evening is not to deliver a traditional software sales presentation, but rather to open a broader industry conversation around innovation, efficiency, and the future operational needs of property management businesses.
“The Australian property management industry has been asking for more connected technology solutions for years,” Emery said.
“This event is about bringing industry leaders together to explore what the future of PM operations could look like when AI, automation, workflows, compliance processes, and trust accounting are brought together into one ecosystem.”
“The evening is designed to be collaborative and discussion-focused. We want people asking questions, sharing insight, and providing genuine feedback around what the Australian market actually needs moving forward.”
Attendance at the Brisbane event is complimentary, however registrations are essential as numbers are intentionally limited to maintain a relaxed and interactive environment.
