Newcomer Agency Sets Sales Records in 13 Perth Suburbs

A new real estate brand has made a serious impact in Western Australia, recording standout sales results across 13 Perth suburbs within just 12 months of launching.

Haiven Property, which now operates offices in both Applecross and Subiaco, has chalked up record sales in suburbs including Beldon, Quinns Rocks, Currambine, Kallaroo, Falcon, Vasse, Trigg, Marmion, Sorrento, Hillarys, Mullaloo, Maylands and Melville.

The agency attributes its early momentum to a high-performance culture, strategic adaptability, and the use of forward-thinking systems and technology.

“Our focus from day one was to build a brand that could move at speed,” said co-founder Sean Hughes.

“We’ve been able to pivot in real time with the market and deliver strong results for our clients in a fast-paced environment.”

In Perth’s tight housing market — where limited supply and strong buyer demand have shortened selling windows — Haiven’s team has leant into tech and process-led strategies to build competitive tension and maximise outcomes for sellers.

“Our agents know how to move fast, but not at the expense of price. They’re skilled at creating urgency while still negotiating at a premium,” Hughes said.

Since opening its doors, Haiven has grown into one of the most talked-about new brands in WA, with a team that includes several of the city’s top-performing agents.

The group’s expansion plans for the year ahead include attracting more high-calibre talent and further developing its leadership team across key areas of the business.

“From the outset, Haiven was designed as a place where exceptional agents could come together, share knowledge and sharpen each other.

That environment is now driving real-world results,” Hughes added.

With Perth’s property market continuing to outperform many other capital cities — buoyed by strong population growth, relative affordability and chronic undersupply — Haiven appears well positioned to capitalise on the momentum.
