Now streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, iTunes and other major streaming platforms.
For decades, every major sporting code, movement and cultural moment has had a song people instinctively associate with it.
The real estate industry has never had one.
That changed today with the release of Everybody Everywhere, an original track inspired not by a marketing campaign, but by thousands of stories shared by agents, property managers and business owners across four countries.
They were stories of resilience.
Stories of people leaving regional towns to build successful careers in capital cities. Stories of young agents establishing themselves in an increasingly competitive industry. Stories of business owners embracing artificial intelligence, adapting to legislative change, rebuilding after difficult markets and finding new ways to connect with clients through social media and emerging technology.
There were stories of community leadership, mentorship and quiet determination.
Those stories became the foundation of Everybody Everywhere.
The first draft of the lyrics came together in less than half an hour.
Months of studio production followed.
According to Fren, very little of the finished song was imagined. Most of it had already been written by the industry itself.
Now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, iTunes and other major streaming platforms, the song represents an unusual intersection of journalism, music and one of Australia's largest professions.
Written and produced by Bespoke Media Management CEO and Real Estate Today founder Nic Fren alongside his production team, Everybody Everywhere was never intended to become a commercial music release.
The project began with a practical objective.
Real Estate Today wanted a consistent piece of music that could be used across its podcasts, industry events, awards, conference presentations and video productions, rather than relying on different tracks for every occasion.
As discussions progressed, the concept evolved.
Rather than commissioning another piece of corporate branding, the team asked a different question:
If the real estate industry had its own anthem, what would it sound like?
The answer emerged during the redevelopment of the Real Estate Today platform.
Immersed in hundreds of stories from professionals across Australia, New Zealand, India and the United States,
Fren found a common thread running through almost every article published.
They were stories of resilience.

Stories of business owners embracing artificial intelligence, adapting to legislative change, rebuilding after difficult markets and finding new ways to connect with clients through social media and emerging technology.

The first draft of the lyrics came together in less than half an hour.
Months of studio production followed.
According to Fren, very little of the finished song was imagined. Most of it had already been written by the industry itself.
"We didn't sit down trying to invent a story," he said."We already had one.""Every day we're fortunate enough to publish stories from people doing remarkable things. The more we looked through them, the more obvious it became that the lyrics were already there.""What started as a theme song for our own productions became something much bigger."
Fren believes the release comes at an important moment for the profession.
Few industries have experienced the pace of change confronting real estate in recent years.
Rising interest rates, shifting consumer expectations, evolving legislation and the rapid emergence of artificial intelligence have reshaped the way agencies operate, while many professionals continue to navigate an increasingly demanding marketplace.
Against that backdrop, Everybody Everywhere is intended less as a promotional piece than as a recognition of the people behind the industry.
"It's been a challenging period for a lot of people," Fren said."We wanted to create something that says we see you, we hear you and we appreciate what you do.""If people hear this song before a conference, an awards night or even on their way to work and it reminds them why they love this profession, then we've achieved exactly what we set out to do."
The song will become a recurring feature across Real Estate Today's podcasts, live events, awards program and digital productions, while remaining publicly available on streaming platforms for anyone to listen to.
Whether it ultimately becomes the industry's unofficial anthem will be decided not by its creators, but by the professionals whose stories inspired every line.
