Knight Frank has announced a leadership shake-up in New South Wales, promoting long-time team member Jeremy Prestoe to the role of managing director for the state, while also welcoming Annabelle Green as the new head of asset management services (AMS).
Prestoe steps into the top NSW role after four years leading AMS within the business.
With nearly three decades in the commercial property sector — including stints at JLL, Lendlease, and Just Projects Group — he brings both experience and strong market relationships to the position.
His new role will see him operating across Knight Frank’s Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Parramatta offices.
“It’s a great moment to take on this responsibility,” Prestoe said. “The signs are all pointing to a lift in market momentum, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients and teams to drive our growth plans forward.”
Green also comes to her new position with significant industry credentials. She has held leadership roles at Region Group, AMP Capital, GPT Group, Lendlease, and Westfield.
Over the past four years, she has collaborated with Knight Frank as both a client and a consultant.
“Having spent time with the team in different capacities, I’ve seen first-hand the professionalism and strong culture within the business,” Green said.
“I’m excited to officially join and help strengthen the performance of our NSW AMS division.”
Knight Frank CEO James Patterson praised both appointments, highlighting Prestoe’s impact on culture and results in the AMS business, along with his track record in securing national mandates with institutional clients such as DWS, PAG, and Sim Lian – Metro Capital.
“Jeremy’s leadership has reshaped our AMS team and significantly boosted both client outcomes and internal capability,” Patterson said. “He’s earned the respect of our people and partners alike.”
On Green’s appointment, Patterson added: “Annabelle’s depth of institutional knowledge and recent project wins have played a key role in expanding our AMS footprint. Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue that upward trajectory.”
These leadership changes come as Knight Frank positions itself for what it sees as a period of renewed market activity and long-term strategic growth.
