Harcourts Shine at Industry Awards




Harcourts New Zealand are delighted to have won the top prize in six categories at this years’ 2023 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards. This impressive achievement is made more significant in that Harcourts also clinched four of the same awards as last year, three of which were awarded to the same contenders.


The 2023 awards which Harcourts secured include Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year, Community Service Award - Medium Agency, Manager of the Year, Large Residential Office of the Year and two property management awards, with the achievements spread throughout the extensive Harcourts network. Bryan Thomson, Managing Director, Harcourts New Zealand said, “This is a representation of how the Harcourts network continue to work as one team and strive to provide ‘The Finest Experience’ to all New Zealanders.”


Christchurch residential sales consultant Cameron Bailey of Harcourts Gold Real Estate in Papanui took out the Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year once more. He wins this award for the fourth year in a row, which is the highest accolade a real estate consultant in New Zealand can achieve. Alongside Cameron’s success, Harcourts Gold Real Estate, Papanui brought home the Large Residential Office of the Year Award.


Harcourts Christchurch offices did well yet again in residential property management, with Grace Rose of Harcourts Accommodation Centre winning the Residential Property Manager of the Year Award, alongside Harcourts Accommodation Centre scooping the Large Residential Property Management Office of the Year Award.


Harcourts Cooper & Co. on Auckland’s North Shore once again showed their community spirit, by winning the Community Service Award – Medium Agency for the second year in a row. Harcourts JK Realty Group, Mt. Albert, celebrated another win for their team since last year, this time seeing David Findlay awarded the prestigious Manager of the Year Award.
