Belle Property has unveiled its latest move in regional Western Australia with the opening of Belle Property Commercial Broome — a strategic addition to its growing footprint and a clear vote of confidence in the town’s surging commercial property market.
The new office marks the third Broome-based operation under principal Tamyla Strahan, who also leads Belle Property Broome and Belle Property Escapes Broome.
With a background spanning boutique and large-scale developments, as well as asset management across shopping centres and hotels, Strahan is well-positioned to lead the brand’s commercial charge in the Kimberley region.
“Broome’s commercial sector is tightly held and uniquely positioned. It acts as a vital service hub for the Kimberley and Pilbara, playing a central role across key industries including tourism, government, agriculture, marine services and resources,” Strahan said.
Belle Property’s regional expansion comes amid a wave of investment in Broome, including recent upgrades to the airport, Cable Beach, Town Beach and the town centre.
The agency pointed to low vacancy rates and increasing activity across both retail and industrial sectors as key signals of the region’s growth potential.
“Our commercial experience and established relationships in the area give us an advantage. We’re seeing genuine demand from both tenants and investors,” Strahan noted.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of Belle Property’s expansion into South Brisbane, where the brand has launched a new office led by experienced local agent Gonnie Nahar.
With more than a decade in the industry and deep roots in the community, Nahar is set to bring a high-touch, multilingual service offering to one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing regions.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi, Nahar’s ability to engage with a diverse client base is expected to resonate strongly in Brisbane’s multicultural market.
Together, the Broome and South Brisbane launches reflect Belle Property’s dual-track growth strategy — deepening its presence in key metropolitan corridors while capitalising on the momentum building in Australia’s high-potential regional centres.
