One Agency has expanded its presence in New Zealand's North Island with the opening of its newest office, One Agency Coastal Real Estate, in Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa. The office is led by passionate local agent Mr Craig Rawcliffe, who brings over two decades of honed industry knowledge and experience to the group.

As a Licensed Agent, Mr Rawcliffe has successfully completed hundreds of property transactions, delivering a trusted and proven formula that demonstrates his commitment to his clients.

Mr Rawcliffe's decision to join One Agency was influenced by the brand’s unique and low-cost subscription model, which empowers agents and business owners to operate their own agency while retaining more of their earnings.

“With traditional franchise groups, I could be paying countless fees just to turn the lights on. At One Agency, I can re-invest those savings directly back into growing my business,” Mr Rawcliffe explained.

He also praised the striking brand and the flexibility to operate his business independently while being supported by the trusted, international One Agency network, “This model allows me to build my business my way, under a brand that’s recognised and trusted.”

Mindy Powell-Hodges, Global Head of Membership at One Agency, applauded Mr Rawcliffe's decision to join One Agency, saying, "I'm thrilled that Craig has chosen to take control of his career by becoming a business owner."

"Agents are increasingly realising they're giving away too much of their commission when they could be running their own agency and keeping more of what they earn."

The launch of One Agency Coastal Real Estate coincides with signs of growth in the local property market. The REINZ September 2025 Report indicates the median price for the Auckland region increased by 0.8% in September to $978,000 compared to the same time last year.[i]

Market activity is buoyant, with first-home buyers and owner-occupiers being the most active groups. Mr. Rawcliffe is optimistic about the months ahead, "Confidence is increasing among buyers, which represents a great opportunity for local sellers," he noted.

"Homeowners considering a sale, whether now or in the new year, should be encouraged to start preparing today."

With a wealth of market knowledge and highly focused negotiation skills, Mr Rawcliffe has built an impressive career on establishing relationships founded on trust.

“Success in real estate is based on relationships that have a solid foundation of trust,” Mr. Rawcliffe stated. “My role is to listen to my clients, find a solution that meets their expectations, and manage the process in an enjoyable, stress-free way.”

Since its introduction to the market in 2015, One Agency has grown to a presence of more than 23 offices across the country, reflecting its appeal among agents seeking independence and the support of a progressive, international brand.
