Harcourts WA Celebrates 12 Months of Exceptional Growth, Culture, and Collective Success

ree

Harcourts Western Australia is proud to announce a remarkable year of growth and momentum, driven by its unique culture, strong local leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Over the past 12 months, Harcourts WA has welcomed 6 new offices and 145 new people into the group. That’s an average of around one new office every 60 days and one new team member every 2.5 days.

This surge in numbers is more than just recruitment; it’s a reflection of a movement, of people and businesses choosing a brand aligned with purpose, support, and performance.

“We’re not a team of superstars,” says Shane Kempton, CEO of Harcourts WA. “We’re a superstar team, and that makes all the difference.”

Performance Highlights from the Past Year:

6 new office locations established across WA (plus 2 renewals)

145 professionals joined the Harcourts WA network

All major events sold out, with record-breaking attendance at training, awards, and business events

According to Mr Kempton, this sustained growth is underpinned by several key differentiators:

              1. On-the-Ground Local Support

The Harcourts WA State Support Team is unmatched in its depth of experience, offering decades of industry knowledge across leadership, operations, property management, sales, marketing, and technology. “We don’t call ourselves head office. We are a Support Office and we’re on the ground, in the trenches, walking beside our business owners and agents,” says Kempton.

              2.  A Vision-Led Culture

At the heart of the brand is a shared Vision, Values and Purpose that isn’t just painted on walls, it’s lived daily. There is a network-wide commitment to these principles, which fuel decision-making, drives growth and unifies the team.

              3. Technology that Empowers

Harcourts WA offers an industry-leading tech suite, built to enhance, not replace, the agent and client experience. These tools streamline operations and free agents to focus on what they do best: serving clients.

              4. Meaningful Training through the Harcourts Academy

With its locally led training arm, the Harcourts Academy continues to provide relevant, high-impact content and courses to all levels of the business. This investment in personal and professional development remains a key pillar of the group’s value proposition.

              5. The “One Team” Philosophy

At Harcourts WA, the belief is simple: we serve the same clients, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The One Team mindset fosters collaboration, not competition. There is individual brilliance, yes, but it’s the collective synergy that sets the group apart.

              6. Fun, Laughter and Mental Fitness

A key Harcourts core value is Fun & Laughter. From sold-out events to awards nights, the culture is vibrant, supportive, and grounded in genuine appreciation for one another’s success. “When you walk into a Harcourts event, you feel the difference,” says Kempton.

“There’s warmth, celebration, and a deep sense of belonging.”

As a passionate advocate for mental fitness, Shane Kempton believes that culture isn’t just good business, it’s good for the human spirit.

“A big part of mental fitness is doing what you love, with people you love, in service of others.”

“That’s what Harcourts WA is about.”
