Real estate network DiJones made a strategic play at AREC 2025, rolling out a highly visible and creatively integrated recruitment campaign aimed at attracting top-tier agents and strengthening brand recognition during a key phase of national growth.
Positioning itself for its next chapter, DiJones embraced the 27th Australasian Real Estate Conference as a platform to engage with industry professionals—not just through traditional channels, but by weaving its presence into the rhythm of the event itself.
Rather than rely on job ads or recruitment calls, the network took an immersive approach.
From digital trucks at the Gold Coast Convention Centre to branded bicycles moving through the entertainment precinct and a targeted social media blitz, DiJones connected with attendees in unexpected but meaningful ways.
“With more than 5,000 real estate professionals gathered in one place, it was the ideal moment to show who we are and where we’re headed,” said Brent May, Chief Operating Officer.
“We weren’t aiming to dominate the stage—we created our own by being part of the AREC experience from the moment delegates landed.”
Founded in 1992, DiJones now operates more than 25 offices across Sydney’s key residential corridors, extending from the North Shore to the Illawarra.
DiJones CEO Dean Mackie, Head of Licensing Jamie Trad, and Brent May were all in attendance, engaging in conversations with professionals curious about the next step in their real estate careers.
Earlier in the year, the network expanded its presence further with Linfield Group—led by Shan Lin—rebranding to DiJones Rhodes.
Lin cited the network’s support, scale and strategic alignment as central to his decision to partner under a new licensing arrangement.
The AREC campaign forms part of a broader, ongoing recruitment initiative. DiJones remains open to connecting with growth-focused professionals looking to align with a forward-thinking, people-first brand.
