Energetic new owners take over Ray White Richmond | Stoke | Motueka
Ray White Richmond, Stoke and Motueka is under fresh new ownership, after the former owner passed the baton to Paul and Kate Vining.
Paul has real estate in his blood, with his family owning a real estate business in Nelson for more than two decades. Paul has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, after kicking off his career in the UK.
His real estate journey has taken him from the UK to Brisbane, Christchurch, and back to the family business in Nelson, before he and Kate decided to go out on their own.
The businesses currently consist of three offices, with recruitment a major focus over the next 12 months.
“We want to rebuild, grow, and reestablish the brand locally,” Paul said.
“Ray White has historically been a market leader, we are ambitious to re-energise Ray White across the region. We have just moved to a fresh new premises in Richmond, and intend to open another office in the Nelson region within the next 12 months.”
Paul said he really hoped to bring a new element to the real estate market in the region.
“We’re a completely new business and we want to be known throughout the community for being modern, dynamic and professional,” he said.
“We had really good synergy with the corporate team and with what Ray White is doing.
“We were impressed with the tools, support, and the investment in technology Ray White provides.
“Plus Ray White’s market leadership nationally is really strong.”
Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson welcomed Paul and Kate to the Ray White family.
