Professionals Real Estate Group New Zealand is proud to announce the newest addition to its growing cooperative network with the launch of CPRE Limited, a dynamic new business led by successful real estate professionals Derek von Sturmer and Rick Meros.

Based in Point Chevalier, Auckland, CPRE is poised to bring a fresh, high-performing energy to the city’s central suburbs—and beyond.

This new partnership reflects the continued expansion of the Professionals network, underscoring the group’s values-based approach to real estate, its reputation for delivering best value fees for owners in the country, and its commitment to fostering entrepreneurial success through a unique co-operative structure.

Derek von Sturmer, a name well known in Auckland real estate circles, has operated under the Professionals banner for most of the last two decades.

A consistently top salesperson within the group in Australasia, Derek has built a strong presence in Point Chevalier and the greater central Auckland market. For him, joining forces with Rick to establish CPRE was the natural next step.

After assessing his options, Rick found a perfect fit in both Derek and the Professionals model.
