At just 24 years of age, Ronaldo Fry has already achieved what many in property management spend years chasing—recognition, results, and real impact. In only 18 months, he has risen from Front of House Coordinator to one of Little Real Estate’s most respected Property Managers, setting new benchmarks in service, systems and leadership.

Currently managing a 190-property portfolio at Little Real Estate Maroochydore, Ronaldo is known for his razor-sharp organisation, tech-driven innovation, and outstanding customer service. His Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +61—compared to an industry average of -6—speaks volumes, as do the glowing testimonials from clients and peers alike.

From Front Desk to Frontline Leader

Ronaldo’s journey in real estate began in late 2022 on reception—coordinating client interactions across multiple states in a high-pressure, multi-faceted role. It didn’t take long for his potential to shine. Within two months, his initiative and attention to detail caught the eye of senior leaders, earning him a swift promotion into property management.

Since stepping into the role in January 2024, Ronaldo’s portfolio has more than doubled—from 86 to 190 properties—yet client satisfaction hasn’t wavered. If anything, it’s soared.

“Ronaldo has been the best property manager I’ve ever had! He’s friendly, proactive and professional… always happy for a call and incredibly reassuring.” — Sophie H.“Ronaldo walked us through our first rental with professionalism and approachability. 100% would recommend.” — Rachelle S.

Innovating from the Inside Out

Long before stepping into property management, Ronaldo was already building systems for efficiency. While still on reception, he developed a custom digital planner using Notion to manage daily operations.

This tool soon evolved into a sophisticated platform tailored for property management, featuring:

  • Automated workflows for arrears, invoices, and bond management

  • Centralised data tracking, including RTA IDs and tribunal cases

  • Onboarding frameworks now used by new team members

What started as a personal productivity tool has become a resource shared across the office—reducing training time, streamlining processes, and lifting team performance. New recruits, like Mackenzie, have credited Ronaldo’s mentorship and systems with helping them find their feet quickly.

Calm in the Face of Complexity

Ronaldo’s rise comes during a period of significant legislative reform in Queensland, adding layers of complexity for property professionals. Instead of shying away, Ronaldo leaned in—partnering with legal and training teams, staying across REIQ updates, and navigating challenging tribunal cases with confidence and composure.

From abandoned tenancies requiring police warrants to nuanced lease disputes, he has demonstrated not just legal competency, but maturity, professionalism, and a steady hand under pressure.

Ronaldo has also extended his expertise to the NDIS sector, volunteering to manage a specialist rooming accommodation property in Ipswich—two hours from his home office. The role required strict compliance, empathy, and attention to detail, all of which he brought to the table without hesitation.

A Connector, Mentor and Culture Driver

While Ronaldo is laser-focused on performance, his impact goes far beyond KPIs. He is a driving force within the Maroochydore office, known for bringing fresh energy, uplifting team culture, and supporting others both formally and informally.

He invests in his own growth through training with industry leaders like Michael Sheargold and compliance expert Stacey Holt, and regularly contributes to forums and peer discussions with professionals across Australia.

“Ronaldo consistently brings new ideas that improve how we work. His communication, organisation and mindset have positively influenced our entire team culture.”— Robert Marshall, Regional Manager, Little Real Estate

Outside of work, Ronaldo volunteers as a volleyball referee in his local community—a reflection of his commitment to connection, fairness, and giving back.

The Future of Property Management

Ronaldo Fry represents the next generation of property professionals: organised, empathetic, digitally fluent, and unafraid to lead. In an industry often associated with high turnover and burnout, he is rewriting the script—proving that with the right mindset and systems, excellence is not only possible, but scalable.

From front desk to future leader, Ronaldo’s story is a testament to what happens when talent meets opportunity—and then runs with it.
