Property-management consultancy Rent Roll Mastery has announced its official expansion into New Zealand, with the launch of Rent Roll Mastery NZ set for the 5th January 2026.
Led by founder and Director Aaron Emery, one of Australia’s highly respected business-performance coaches and audit specialists, Rent Roll Mastery has conducted more than 270 operational, compliance and due-diligence audits across Australasia.
The company is renowned for helping agencies improve profitability, strengthen compliance, and maximise rent-roll value.
“Over the past twelve months, I’ve spent time connecting with New Zealand agency owners, prop-tech innovators and industry leaders to better understand their market,” says Aaron. “It’s clear there’s a huge appetite for improved structure, compliance and profitability as the sector prepares for greater professional standards and regulation.
We’re here to help raise that bar.”
Four Core Service Divisions:
1. Auditing – Comprehensive operational and compliance audits designed to uncover risk, recover revenue, and ensure ongoing best practice.
2. Coaching & Consulting – Strategic guidance and performance coaching for business owners and leadership teams, focused on structure, systems, profitability, growth, and operational excellence.
3. Rent Roll Brokerage – Specialist pre-purchase and pre-sale due-diligence for buyers and sellers, plus full-service rent-roll sales and transition support.
4. Training & Capability – Leadership, operational and client-experience programs that strengthen teams, improve performance, increase profitability and elevate service standards.
In addition, Rent Roll Mastery NZ will offer a Partner Program providing ongoing strategic support for agencies seeking continuous improvement and business performance coaching.
With tenancy reform, Healthy Homes standards, and the gradual movement toward industry regulation, New Zealand’s property-management landscape is evolving rapidly. Rent Roll Mastery NZ aims to bridge the gap between compliance and commercial success by providing independent, data-driven insights that help business owners make confident decisions.
“We’re not simply duplicating our Australian approach — we’re taking the successful frameworks and tailoring them to New Zealand’s legislation, market landscape and operational realities,” Mr Emery adds.
