Harcourts is proud to announce the opening of two new offices under the leadership of Clancy Adams, marking an exciting new chapter in the brand’s presence along the Sunshine Coast.

The two offices, grouped under the one name Harcourts One Group, represent a seamless blend of innovation, community focus, and the enduring strength of the Harcourts network.

Clancy Adams, Principal and Director, has charted an inspiring path to success in the real estate industry.

Beginning his career as a receptionist, Clancy’s commitment, drive, and passion saw him rise to become Gympie’s top sales agent by the age of 21.

At just 22, Clancy capitalised on the opportunity to purchase a property management business and expanded it into a thriving agency.

Fast forward to today, his two offices demonstrate the remarkable trajectory of his career. Supported by an in-house media company, a team of nearly 30 staff, and a portfolio of approximately 400 managed rentals, Harcourts One Group have firmly established themselves as market leaders.

A Vision for Community and Innovation

Discussing the decision to rejoin Harcourts, Clancy shared his deep respect for the brand and its leadership vision. "I started my career at Harcourts 12 years ago as an 18-year-old sales trainee.

The respect for the brand has always stayed with me. Over the past three years, I’ve particularly noticed the growth and direction Harcourts is headed above other brands. It wasn’t even a decision to make,” explained Clancy.

“When you combine respect for the brand with the fact that Adrian Knowles, a long-term friend and mentor, is CEO, it became one of the easiest business decisions I’ve made.”

This move reflects Harcourts' commitment to blending traditional real estate values with bold, out-of-the-box ideas.

Harcourts One Group’s Gympie office stands out with its unique setup as a modern-day ‘compound’, featuring landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, and spaces designed to foster creativity, such as ping-pong and pool tables.

Meanwhile, the Pomona Hinterland office aligns with a more classic real estate aesthetic, showcasing Harcourts’ ability to fit seamlessly into diverse moulds while carving its own innovative path.

Community remains at the heart of everything Harcourts One Group does. Under Clancy’s leadership, the teams prioritise giving back, sponsoring local sports clubs, hosting an annual charity event (Harcourts Big Driver Golf Day), and supporting various charitable initiatives.

"’Give before you take’ was advice my first mentor gave me at 17, and it’s something that’s always stayed with me. It guides our approach to sponsorships, donations, and events. The community gives back tenfold in support, and together, we thrive," Clancy remarked.
