Harcourts Property Centre proudly announces the remarkable achievements of two of its leading agents, Patrick Ivey and Carmen Briggs, who continue to distinguish themselves among the elite of Queensland’s real estate industry.

Demonstrating exceptional performance and a relentless commitment to delivering client-focused excellence, Patrick Ivey and Carmen Briggs have achieved significant accolades in 2025.

Patrick Ivey was named #8 on the prestigious REB Top 50 Agents in Queensland list, a leap from his #20 ranking in 2024. Carmen Briggs secured her place as #32 on the 2025 REB list, further cementing the agency’s position as a powerhouse in the competitive Queensland real estate market.

Adding to these distinctions, Patrick Ivey was crowned the #1 Sales Consultant at the Harcourts Australia National Awards (pictured), a well-deserved follow-up to recently being named the #2 Auctioneer while also earning the title of #1 Consultant of the Year at the Harcourts Queensland Awards.

Carmen Briggs was equally celebrated, gaining the #4 position nationally and being honoured as #3 Consultant of the Year at the Harcourts Queensland Awards.

Carmen’s career success was further recognised with her induction into the Harcourts Hall of Fame at the recent Harcourts HX conference.
