Harcourts New Zealand Hits the Eight at the 2024 REINZ Awards

Harcourts New Zealand is thrilled to announce our exceptional performance at the 2024 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards, where we secured the top prize in eight categories. This impressive achievement is made more significant in that Harcourts also clinched three of the same awards as last year, and to the same contenders. 

The 2024 awards which Harcourts secured include Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year, 

Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year - Highest Sales Volume, Community Service Award - Medium Agency, Best Multimedia Marketing, Residential Office of the Year – Large - Harcourts Gold Papanui, Residential Office of the Year (Sales Volume) – Large, Residential Property Manager of the Year and Residential Property Management Office of the Year – Large, with the achievements spread throughout the extensive Harcourts network. 

Christchurch residential sales consultant Cameron Bailey of Harcourts Gold Real Estate in Papanui took out the Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year once more. He wins this award for the fifth year in a row, which is the highest accolade a real estate consultant in New Zealand can achieve. Alongside Cameron’s success, the Residential Office of the Year – Large and Residential Office of the Year (Sales Volume) – was awarded to his office Harcourts Gold Papanui. 

Harcourts Christchurch offices excelled once again in residential property management. John Siebert from Harcourts Accommodation Centre Christchurch was honoured as Residential Property Manager of the Year, while Harcourts Holmwood Property Management Christchurch earned the title of Residential Property Management Office of the Year – Large.

Staying in the Garden City, the Best Multimedia Marketing Award was proudly won by Yogesh Bhargava from Harcourts Grenadier Christchurch, showcasing exceptional skill and creativity. This award is sponsored by realestate.co.nz.

No surprise to anyone on the night was the announcement that The Community Service Award – Medium went to Harcourts Cooper & Co. Albany, recognising their continued and outstanding commitment to community support and involvement.

While the Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year - Highest Sales Volume award was presented to Yvenna Yue from Harcourts Hamilton Central Monarch Real Estate, celebrating her exceptional talent and sales achievements.
