Leading Melbourne luxury real estate firm Abercrombys has announced its first interstate expansion  with the opening of a Hobart office, marking a significant milestone in the business’s growth. The new  office which officially opens this week will be located in the Gattonside heritage building in the  prestigious Battery Point precinct and will be led by highly respected Hobart local Georgie Rayner. 

The Reserve Bank has trimmed the Official Cash Rate by 0.25 percentage points, reducing it to 2.25% in a move that confirms monetary policy has shifted firmly into support mode. LJ Hooker Head of Research Mathew Tiller said the Bank is responding to below-trend growth and easing inflation pressures.
